i still like this one. we can take the member number off but it'll leave a void in the center of the state. maybe we could leave the word "member" where it is to fill it in some. any thoughts?

i think this is more like what Dawn is talking about. Keep in mind im not a graphics artist of anything, you dont even want to know how I created this.
