what are u serious?? What court were u in??? I was not in a school zone it was a normal street posted during daylight!

The ticket itself was $187 (rearrange it a little u get 817 for ft worth lol). From talking to the clerk over the phone it sounded as if the deferred would only cost me $187 as well but I'd have to take DD since I'm under 25. However, when I went to the judge to seek leniency, she denied me of any.

I was about to fork over the $187 and just get it over with, until she told me how it'll be like $187 for the ticket, another ~$20 for defensive driving(I pay the court for DD?? I was confused and she apparently dindt undersatnd my question when I asked about that), and then a $90 court cost for probation and what not. I panicked, asked her what are my options so the ticket doesn't go on my record, and she said either this deferred or plead not guilty & try to win.

She also got really annoyed when I kept asking to make SURE that I have to pay about $300 for the deferred ticket, because I was surprised as hell! Needless to say, I'm gambling with a lawyer hoping he can get it dismissed or the fines lowered. If he can't I'd probably have to dish out $300 as though I pleaded guilty but the case won't finish until 6-12 months from now so it'll be a while. If anything $45 buys me time I'm broke as hell right now

damn i work all this spring break cept on wednesday.. so if everyones not busy that day we could all grab lunch and what not =D

I'm down for Wednesday in Arlington, where do u usually eat? I'll name some of the places I usually go to:

Nizza Pizza
Bethany's
Golden Chick
Pho (about 4 shops that I frequent)
Wingstop

I'm actually planning a crawfish boil sometime this week if the price is right. Just called some stores but they were out, arg. I'm craving crawfish!!

ohh, we can also meet at the bar near UTA I think it's on Abrams. I keep forgetting the name though. It's an Irish pub/bar, but with good food too. You dont have to be 21 to come in unless you want to drink

nizzapizza is the bomb but if we're doing a parking condusive spot, i'd suggest that taco cabana down greenoaks close to 20, anybody even KNOW which one i'm talking about??

Anyways, I'm arbitrarily coming up with a time on Wednesday. How does noon sound? We can meet at Nizza Pizza or Taco Cabana, I honestly don't care. Not many of us are coming anyways so we don't need a big parking lot or anything.

It's on if at least one of you guys can confirm you're coming. Don't flake out on me if you say you're coming please do :)

Thursday i work 11-5 again >_>. Speaking of work, today as I was pulling in to the parking garage, I pulled too close to the badge reader and my driver side window smacked into the badge reader at like 4mph. It's a little scratched, I feel really stupid right now was trying to get close cuz it was pouring =[

Gotta inspect it further when it's dried out, first scratch on my car =[

that's a big negative on tomorrow, i hate having such an iffy schedule what with work and school and being a reservist, at least two of those need me at all times so it's always a juggling game...but thursday i'm free, but you work thursday, anybody else??? lunch??? maybe we can put together a little mini thing this weekend, somewhere in south arlington, suggestions open of course..i hate not being able to put cars with names with faces, i've only met....maybe five of y'all when i was over at jeremy's and he was installing the lights, but oh well....but seriously this weekend, and if anybody at all is available for thursday, let me know....PM me for my cell#
