Honestly the dealer will break several laws in the entire process of buying the car... it's just a matter of knowing them and catching them on it. Screw dealers sucks man. I agree all I want is the rear end of that car... oh and that shift knob... just feels right to me, call me crazy. And what the hell is with the Logo... it's like mugen and SI just got thrown together.... could they have not come up with something more bad ass... I'm still saying screw mugen... get the S2K CR w/ AC.... that's the car I want!

I put in a request through a soon-to-be-Texas moderator a couple of weeks ago since we had SO MANY freaking Texas threads in the jumbled forum... it looks like the admin understood... :) normally I get e-slapped for my ideas on forums...
but this will work out well...Now I will move our GTG thread to a new one... :) |

ME TOO! I saw one on the floor in McKinney. A very nice black one. I tried to take some pics on my crappy camera phone, but none of them came out. They had to come and wipe my drool off of it when I left!
![]() Oh, BTW I'm Brian FA1 ASM EX with Navi Si wheels and sway bars JDM engine cover Chrome exhaust finisher for sedan (oval) Rest is stock for now. Coming soon; hybrid spoiler and possibly some splash guards (for holiday travel up north). Hope to be able to get together with you all someday. I work all day on Fridays and Saturdays. Ever thought about having a GTG on a Sunday? |

I'll keep an eye out and if you are able to put anything together that I can attend then I'll be there. I would love to chat and check out some of the Civics that I see pics of on here all the time. Thanks, Brian |

I have NO IDEA of stuff to do in the PLano area... I know Chrisfrofro was trying to put something together up there for the first part of December... but there doesn't seem to have been much progress. I plan stuff down south, in the midcities and in Tarrant County because those are the places I am most familiar with. So if you want to do something up north, plan it... PM me and I will update the DFW GTG thread :)

Call Amsoil directly... the distribution center is in Arlington off of Division. I still have two changes of oil and my MTF or else I would go in and order with you.

Alright guys let me tell you an idea and I want you guys to sound off on it. I've got some light exhaust work done but I want to go bigger with an NA build.
I'm thinking about getting headers, then taking it to a friend of mine that has a magnaflow exhaust shop in Dallas, there he wants to custom bend a 3" exhaust back from there. Here's the best part. He wants to put a high flow cat but that is only bolt in (so it passes inspection) and then when it's all done and passed, I just jack it up unbolt it, and enjoy the goodness of the freest flowing exhaust money can buy. Combine that with an X intake and engine management for now. What do you guys think? |

You won't gain much power from no-cat vs a good high flow cat. If you get caught with no-cat, the fines are pretty damn high. Put a metal substrate highflow cat in and call it a day... they cost ~$150 but keep you from having to hassle with swapping a test pipe in and out.
