well, i just got back from the dealership and my car is going to be repaired as well. Since its the same dealership they said the same, a 2 week wait for parts to come in. I'm happy that they are going to replace with new parts, but im just worried if its going to be fix permanently.

it's a brand new part number, different revision of parts so it shouldn't happen again, HOPEFULLY. i doubt there will still be a problem after having it replaced with the new 3rd gear synchro, they've done their research and released it for all honda's with 6MT so i'm pretty sure they did testing before they would release such a TSB with so many vehicles listed.

talk to bill walker. he'll hook you up. tell him third is hard to get into and it feels like theres two walls and sometimes it grinds and pops out. also tell him that it happens more when the weather is cooler and when it's first started in the morning. if he asks if you've done the manual transmission fluid change just go ahead and say yes that you have... or else they'll say they'll change that and have you come back if the problem gets worse.

yeah, bill walker. from trysta's experience and myself he should be able to get you in and out fairly quick. David Foreman was my service advisor, he agreed to fix the 3rd gear but it took him the whole day to get back with me with an answer. Good Luck

i'm starting to get bored with my car... i need to do something to make it more exciting... adding a header would complete my i/rh/e.... and then hondata reflash.... or should i just keep saving until i can get the comptech supercharger and put a 3.0" pulley on it?

i'd say its a toss up between a header and the supercharger. the header will set u back a bit but gives a nice bump in power. It just comes down to if u have the patience to wait for the supercharger lol.

it seems like everytime i try saving for something on my car i end up blowing it of on other things. Plus gas is getting kinda ridiculous. I agree with HTX though. Oh remember that our $600 checks are coming earlier than expected.

just a 3 series, but got all the bells and whistles. Only bad thing is the sport package suspension rides a little rougher than the regular ones. Owell, I guess its still not as bad as my si was.

Yea, I miss the si already, but after that wreck, I dont like the idea of me or my wife being in a small car now. She wanted a car and the bmw's are one of the safest cars on the road. So I decided to get one for her, of course I had to get what I wanted in it too. I
am going to get another 4x4 when I can drive again. Probably another dodge.

Seen a really clean red si coupe with hfp rims and an exhaust going into downtown thurs morning. I really missed my ride when I seen it. Had a lot of fun with the car. I will post up some pics of it now but damn photobucket won't work for shit.

i dont mean to be a jerk but hondas are safe. There isnt a car on the road that take a hit in the driver door by pole or tree like u did and not mess the driver up. A bad wreck is a bad wreck no matter what car ur in.
