try to print out your TSB paper and bring it in. I personally gave my service advisor one last week. He asked me where i got it from and i said from this forum. I think the more the dealer is informed about the issue and the more ppl go and complaint, then they will get the point that this shit is serious.

update!!

-took them an hour to diagnose the problem, had it on the lift and everything...
I talked to Bill Walker and he took care of me, he said the parts have been ordered and will be arriving monday or tuesday... it's gonna take 2 days for them to fix and he's gonna provide me a loaner at no charge, i don't have an extended warranty or anything either.

Nevermind... the dealership just checked and called me back and said parts are on backorder for 2 weeks... but the 2nd gear parts are here, i told him my 2nd gear was grinding at high RPMs and he ordered new synchros and necessary stuff for that also..

They still are very popular. Just, the person who owns it is very young. And she's going to explorer other business opportunities. I think someone will still be managing a tapioca store there just not her nor the name.
