My new work laptop already has an issue! Damn Vista!! I close the lid for it to go to sleep, when I open it and try to log back in it blue screens. Currently updating everything and looking at settings. If anyone has had this issue let me know.

Just tell me what you are trying to do.

It sounds like he's trying to burn a bootable iso image.

I honestly don't know what the problem could be there, I've never seen/heard that error before. Maybe try this link?

I would call that horrible planning and no reduncy. Have more than 1 of each.
I'm sure you already know that or should have.

The Windows Mojave..what a joke. Get over it Microsoft, your OS is a piece of shit.

Next time make an OS that takes up less than 4gb of ram to run, make the icons and everything back how it was ( i have no idea why you were like "oh, lets confuse the **** out of the people and re arrange the icons and shit"), and stop asking us if we want to do something fifty times. Yes we are sure now STFU.

lol. im not a fan of vista but everything you said is a non issue. oh, and just FYI, Vista is about 23487245x better than XP in terms of waking from sleep/hibernate, which is the issue at hand.

Maybe I will get more help in here than in my thread.

Cant save pictures as JPEG

I recently got a free laptop!!!!!!!
Dell Inspiron 6000
-1920 by 1200 pixels
-Battery doesn't work
-Been working to clean the hard drive off. Its filled with junk/spyware. 50 GB hard drive.

But anyways, for some reason I can't save pictures as JPEG's like I can on my desktop computer.

I get the option to save them as a Photo Album 6 Photo
How do I get my computer to be able to save them as JPEG's? I am pretty good with computers, but I am clueless on this one.

What application are you using to create/modify/save these images?

I'd say to reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows since it's a new laptop, it helps if you managed to get the disks (i.e. operating system and drivers) that came with the laptop originally, but there are other ways.... *ahem*

I dont have the disks. Got the laptop from one of my friend, it has been sitting in a closet for a year and a half. I was lucky to get a charger.

try to acess the recovery parition. hold Ctrl+F11 right when the computer starts up.

also, Dell gives 1 set of replacement disks for free per computer. also, if you know *anyone* with *any* dell, Dells Operating System discs from any Dell will work in any other Dell.

You can always try removing photo album 6, as it's pretty much bloatware. As for the dell system utility partition, it may work, but if you try a full restore, I believe photo album is a built in software feature for dell home pc's. The dell xp reinstall cd is your best bet I'd say.

define "best" because you could be looking at a $10,000+ computer.
