I heard it has nothin on WoW, which I stopped playing. So, if it's not greater than WoW, I probably won't play it :)

WoW was nice before the expansion.. after... it was just like clicking an easy button and bam! you win! PvP was a joke since you can just sit in battlegrounds till you got all S1 gear and then you could just kill 90% of the people running around.

I like AoC b/c of the guild system and the fact I can decapitate people. Give them a month to get some initial bugs worked out. I cant wait to start building a city!

I agree. The xpac is the reason I stopped playing. If I start to hear more good things about AoC, I'd possibly check it out.

It isnt WoW. It is for manly men that want to PvP without restriction or cause. -=]

The pve is actually more enjoyable than WoW, the pvp is by default better and more balanced.

AoC is skill based not gear based.<< that sells it right there, along with naked chicks, decapitation and tons of gore.

I was thinking about this game... But went the Warhammer online way instead... I have always found a liking to the Warhammer Universe.. Plus, WoW is not the greatest PVP online game... I'll have to say DAoC is... But then again, WoW is funner to play.. Anyhow, I'm glad I finally quit playing it.. after Blizzard sent me the Banhammer.. LOL.. Anyhow, LotRO for me till Warhammer comes out.

I wanna give AoC a try but I don't wanna buy it. Wish their was a demo or do they have 7day-10day invite a friend key code things? I'd like to try it that way.

The 7 day keys are not active yet. Give it another few weeks. However the download is 12gb and the install is 26gb.

I was in the warhammer beta for a while, i started so so excited about playing the game and ending up giving it away after 8 ranks (levels). The game play was horrible, the quests just down right confusing, the zones ugly.

I created an assassin and oddly enough most of my abilities up to 8 were uncannily similiar to WoW rogue abilities. Now dont get me wrong the WoW rogue is prolly the best MMO class ever thought up but the Warhammer assassin for example had a backstab but there werent any stuns or gouges to actually get behind the mob...however you didnt get one right away with the WoW rogue either.

I hope they clean it up and make it a ton better before release. I wont be preordering like i did with AoC though. I will let the reviews roll in before i start on Warhammer.

Playing AoC on the... Shadowblade realm I believe. I'm enjoying it over WoW. Much more open PvP system (though you do have to deal with more gankers). Mabey its just because its something fresh and new but I'm loving it to far. Warhammer just doesnt appeal to me and looks like they have more recently pushed to make it more like WoW...

WoW pvp USED to be fun. Back before all the cross-server-battlegroup shit. Sure, it opened up queue times, but what is the point of owning up people you don't know and have never seen before?

I play AOC... sometimes. I have a 21 guardian on Doomsayer. If he ever gets unstuck from Khemi....

I dont see how these people have 2-3 level 80's already.

They probably got the early jump with the 3 day headstart preorder. I've only played for about 3 days and I'm already a lvl 22 barbarian. Grouping with a tempest of set we cleave through quests very easily.

Nothing like a simple and fun MMO

I'm thinking about trying Conan when it comes out for the Xbox 360 though... Might as well.. I think I've played every other MMO.

Have you hit the horrid grind from 55-80 yet ?

I rerolled ToS, my assass was horrid at leveling. Plus i wanted more utility. I played a rogue for 4 years in WoW, i want some group utility this time around.
