i do search engine optimization, so i always have a firefox main screen, with an ftp/html editor program on one, and i do a lot of web analytics, so when im judging competitors etc doing work on sites, i have the analytics open on the other, or my outlook so i can see my emails/calendars..
i was originally building a gaming pc a year ago.. then i worked from home so it got turned into my office pc

So are these all linked together? You are running them on thier own video cards? Can you set it up so that they are seamless?

mine are set up so they are seamless, as long as the video cards have the same drivers, they will be fine. my main monitor (26") is off the XFX gtx xxx , and the 2 19 inchers are off a cheapo xfx 8500gt

Yeah, I wanted your table originally (from Staples) too! The only problem was that I had already bought my monitors, and it wouldn't fit.

I used to do web design, but stopped recently. Currently, it's mostly "just for the hell of" having three screens on your desk, haha. In all seriousness though, it is very practical. Schoolwork is done much more efficiently with multiple screens.

However, the highlight of my setup is for games and television (currently). I currently have a setup that lets me switch between SLI mode for gaming and regular mode for work. SLI mode is achieved with two 8800 Ultra's connected to the Matrox TripleHead2Go.. which lets me simulate driving on all three screens (think surround gaming). I have huge speakers, the Logitech G25, and my chair used to be a massage chair (modified to vibrate along with the G25)..

I usually play DiRT, so it feels as if I were actually driving.

My puter (the mac sticker is for kicks, i actually hate macs >.<)

Main specs:

AMD 4400+ @ 2.6ghz
EVGA 8800GTS 640MB
2GB OCZ Platinum DDR400 Memory
2x 250gb Western Digital Cavier in Raid0 (didnt have the other drive yet in the pic)

I know its getting a bit dated but she still runs newer games fine.

Day to day PC. Nothing special just a P4 3.4GHZ, 2GB Ram, 256 ATI something video, and Vista Ultimate. Really just enough to run Vista, if Gran Turismo ever comes out for PC I will build a gaming rig then.

Here is the Type R work horse, HA!. Dual 3.0 GHZ Xeons 4GB RAM, Windows 2003 R2 w/ VM Ware running 3 or 4 VM's. It took some work to cram the server mother board into that tower. The hard drive bay had to be relocated to the bottom to fit the CPU's. Its still a work in progress I need a better SATA raid card yet and to loose the IDE drives.
