Is the little ipod worth $50?

I forget what its called,but its not much bigger than an inch square.They used to be $80,but everyone has them on sale for $50.I think they are 1gig.Would one be worth messing with,or would the brands like Sansa be a better choice?

dont get it. its called the ipod shuffle.

i recently got a ipod nano for $100 including tax from best buy. it was an open item (reduced to $120), and then they were having a sale on them for 25% off....
its nothing special, but i only needed it to used with me car navigation, so it gets teh job done.

maybe your best buy has somthing like that.

Sansa, Panasonic. There are larger Mp3 players with more features for the same price / cheaper.

It all depends what you are looking for in an mp3 player.

It's a waste of money, It dosen't even have a screen...

There's MUCH better MP3 players out there from different companys, like the ones in the links above.

it absolutely depends on what your gunna use it for . . . obviously if your wanting to watch movies or carry your 30k song music library with you its not the solution the one gig holds 250 songs and uses FLASH MEMORY so its PERFECT for rigerous activit . . . its excelent for people who want to have some music to take with them on an early morning jog or take to the gym BUT dont want to have a HUGE traditional style ipod bouncing around in their pocket or pulling their arm band down their arm because of how much it weighs . . . also the shuffle has the built in clip so it can stick to the ziper of a wind breaker or clip on your pocket so you dont need to buy another case for it which is nice . . . so . . . depending on what your looking for YES it could be worth the 50 bucks for you . . . for others like myself it wouldnt be
