where are you located?

I can get stuff pretty cheap from my distributor. I could get you a Toshiba 32" for between $700 and $900 depending on what you are looking for.

toshiba 32" normally runs for about that price. 700-900

comments in regards to contrast of 8000 or better..to keep in mind there are no industry standards out for contrast..however you can define one by "native" if they list it..most sets you'll find will show it at dynamic and which is overstated IMO. I would definitely read up more than looking at prices to meet your needs..I personally am a fan of sony, samsung and sharp lcd's.. but that is preference..

by the next models that will be out..essential the main models of glass in production will be from Sharp..so your sony lcd panels next model for the 09 will be manufactured by them.

for a 32".. I personally like panasonic 32" that we used to carry..it was well..for the price. but it is discontinued. only thing within range for that caliber IMO would be the 32xbr4 or sharp gp1. but it is what you pay for..

No. I just refuse to sell the low end stuff. I'm sure I could get a Westinghouse 32" for $500, but I won't sell that junk. If I'm going to put my business name on something, I want it to be high quality.

ummm....that doesn't sound like a deal to me.

you can get 32" Toshiba's all day for 700-900 as someone else said ealier.

Newegg.com - TOSHIBA 32" 720p LCD HDTV 32AV500U

Newegg.com - TOSHIBA 37" 720p LCD HDTV Model 37AV500U

Just a few neither of which are even a sales price.

And I can beat both of those prices.....so what's your point.

Neither of those is for $500, which is what you quoted.

When I said I can get 32" toshibas for between 700 and 900, i was looking at the AV500, CV510 and RV530, which range between $700 and $900 in a 32".

you quoted $500...I never did. I said that didn't sound like a good deal, and it isn't for a 22" tv.

That was my point, and I can get a better deal than both of those two. I simply put links up to a website in the range the guy was looking to buy in for a toshiba tv.

He asked if I could do a 32" for $500, I said no. The best deal I can get for $500 is a 22" Toshiba.

I would put Toshiba on an equal level as Westinghouse. Not saying Westinghouse is a good brand, Toshiba's just that bad.
