You don't mod computers, you upgrade them.

Use pcmcia. That's about all you can do with a laptop. If you've ever taken one apart you'd know what I'm talking about. Most are built in a proprietary fashion and components only fit a certain way for that particular make and model. Some models have interchangable components but none worth replacing except maybe the processor, ram, and hard drive. Your sound is probably built into the board anyway. There's not gonna be any open slots for a new card. Only the external interfaces.

you have, by far, the hottest laptop I've ever seen. I'd say take it to another dyno, you should be pushing more hp than your dyno shows.
