All I had to see was the Windows Mobile OS. If that wasn't the OS I'm sure it would be quite cool. No thanks.

If it's available overseas then it won't make it here. All the phones we have here suck, stripped down pieces of crap.

You know what cracks me up about 3g, I had a 3G Phone in Italy 3 years ago. The U.S. Mobile monopolies still have one of their largest companies using CDMA and you need a damn loan to take out a mediocre phone unless you want to be tied down to a contract until your social security starts to kick in.

Go Stateside technology! Nothing like holding people back and retarding technological evolution.

3G is fast. I loved watching TV at work. Lol.

How do you use a phone like that in the us though, wireless carriers put up a huge stink when you try to activate a phone they didn't sell. I know Verizon just tells you to get lost if you bring in a phone they didn't originally sell.

I had a phone I bought off eBay a few years ago that I was using with Cingular and my text message plan got messed up, as soon as they found out what phone I had they would just tell me they could not help till I got one of their phones. I just called back and lied saying I had a XXXXX phone and they fixed it.

It's a GSM phone... just stick your SIM card in and you're good to go. Your wireless carrier won't know what device you're using, nor should they care. They provide the service, I have the choice to use whatever device I want.

I've always bought unlocked GSM phones. I'm even using an iPhone in Canada (not released here yet).
