I thought feburary, im getting it though, and i dont like xbox360, i have alot of systems. one of them is the original xbox, i modded it and now its basicly like a computer/media center. I added a Xecuter V3 Smart chip and added Evolution-X (no not the car lol) and did some apperance mods.

i got the 360 elite and love it, no issues or regrets and the online experience beats the hell out of ps3, but its all personal preference, imo the controllers are the best out as far as comfort goes

I was at gamestop yesterday and the guy checked on his computer and said April.

Why not just get a 360 now... then a Wii if you come across one by luck... then a PS3 when the games are awesome? That's my plan.

Just watch out for the red ring of death......the elite isn't safe either

you are right though xbox live is amazing, but keep in mind it isn't free like playstations online play. $50 a year hell I would hope it would be superior.

elite comes with free silver package for online play which is all you need, plus i bought mine like 3 months ago and they say these are pretty much safe from that ring of death

yeah, by the time this game comes out, the new maps for cod4 will be out. you getting them? BTWthey are $10 for 4 maps i think

Me and my friend actually got in an argument over GTAIV the other day lol. The sellout to Microsoft already put me on the outs with Rockstar. But I'm not really excited about the game either. Trust me I fell in love with GTA from launch, even before all the hype. I loved how with each new game they innovated and brought us things that we wanted.... motorcycles, helicopters, then planes, etc. But it just doesn't feel that there's anything innovative in the new one. Everyone was asking for MMO... I mean c'mon it was the obvious, PERFECT evolution of the franchise...and then... no, sorry. Huge amounts of storage on Blu Ray? Not unless the Xbox version is dramatically different. Seems to me, and I could be wrong, that this one just adds better graphics, more/better animations, etc.---more of the same. Don't get me wrong I'll play it, and it will probably be fun, but I don't think it will be the GREAT game that past episodes have been.

Yeah I know you said IMO, but seriously? IMO the XBOX controller is a joke. The PS/Dualshock/SIXAXIS is widely considered the greatest gaming controller ever made.

I realize this is a bit off-topic, but the new maps are available on the XBOX 360 right now and they're a blast.

But no Blu Ray...

Excellent line-up and Blu-Ray is always a plus. Sadly, I heard Sony is using new features on discs for special features and you'll need a new stand-alone player in order to use these features. Sony really screwed customers up on this one. But then again, you may be like me and not give a damn about bonus stuff on a DVD.

BTW: I'm not anti-Sony by any means. :)
