If this is true....I don't know if I like the keyboard. Yes, it's like the air, but I kinda preferred the silver keys better.

I just read some of the new featues and options on apple.com.....I am so glad i waited!! The only downside is I thought they were supposed to be cheaper, but IIRC they have gone up in price about $100 (starting price at least)

Little hint...if you buy it online, go through the education link. Put in the school you went to and you'll get a discount.

I was told it varies based on the product...on the old pro it was a few hundred off though IIRC.

I've got a new one in my possession.

So long story short on it:

I had a Rev0 15" MBP Core Duo bought in May 2006. It had been in for service 5 times previously, 3 of them hardware problems that required replacing the main logic board. I took it in on Saturday for it's 6th servicing (faulty video), and brought it to the Genius's attention that it was on it's 4th Logic board... the manager decided to replace it outright.

So I got a new 15" MacBook Pro.

It's ******* fast...

I'll try and snap some pics tonight.
