Telemarketers have written concent under slander to call your cell phone. To register your cell on the "Do Not Call List" Dial 1-888-382-1222.

I think these things only last a few months then you have to do it again...

+1 rep. i just called. it take upto 31 days for it to work and lasts for 5 years.

It lasts a year I think.

And there is no directory of cell numbers. the only way for them to get your cell number is if you give it out.
