I'm on my iPod touch!! WTF lolz

wow so two weeks ago I bought a nano. then I find out they released new nanos and the touchpod... so I went back to the istore and cussed them out for selling me and iPod that was gonna be updated in a week. I asked bout the touchpod and suprisingly they did even though they weren't released yet. I ended up exchanging the nano for this touch and 130 dollars. this thing is sweet, the wifi works great and the keyboard is easy to use. I'm lying in bed right now browsing and posting on the 8th :)

Thats awesome, i wish i didnt pre-order mine on apple.com the day they announced it. I figured i would be getting mine before most people could get them from the store, but here i am, mine wont ship till the 28th, and people are already gettin theirs I hate that, im one of those people that has to be the first to get the hot new stuff, and my cred. card has already been charged for something i wont receive for three weeks. Sorry to rant on but i hate waiting..... The only plus is im gettin my name engraved on the back but i would deff. trade that to have it now. GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

hells ya. a 2gb nanopod is 150. for another 150 you get 6gb more and wifi. I'm on the shitter right now still getting wifi signal.

U suck!!!!!! but i just got some good news. I jus received and e-mail that my ipod touch has shipped today!!!! it should be hear in no more than two day cuz i got the fastest shipping:) i guess it wont be three weeks!!!!!!!!!!! most unorganized release of a hot product ever!!!!

awesome, you're really gonna like it. it perfect for ppl who want an iPhone but don't want to switch service. the wifi works pretty well. I dunno who's wifi I'm on now but its real fast. at home its not so great but it works. I got music videos from youtube on this badboy and i just ordered a mount so I can mount it in my whip.

can't get an 8 gig cuz i have 8.32 of a/v on my 30 gig pod already.
i was thinking of just getting the new 80 gig classic but the wifi on the touch is pulling me.
sad thing is my ipod hardly ever comes out the car. it probably only comes out for an update of files or something. but seeing as the touch has wifi, that may change.

awesome...I wanted a touch, but the lack of HD space turns me off. I have easily 50 gigs on music, so I might get an 80 soon. I had a 30 till it was stolen from me at a party that was thrown for me by my friends.

if you need that extra space get the classic. I had a nano before so this was actually an upgrade in space. my iPod used to stay in the car too but now I bring it in to use the wifi. I also keep it in my pocket cause I can use it most place I go. the touch screen is amazing and works way better than you would expect. just get the touch, you won't regret it. it seems like its from the future LOL

Well, the wifi pulled me in........otherwise I would've ordered an 80gb classic. I figure the touch can double as a browser.

Is anyone actually interested in the touch because they can BUY songs off of the iTunes store via wifi? Buying music? That's just a complete turn-off for me!

I am posting from my iPod touch also LOL. I love this little thing. I don't have wifi in my house but I'm picking up on someone elses LOL

If you have over 8gb of audio and video, I'd say take off auto uploading of videos. Each movie is about a gig of space by itself, TV shows usually around 300 iirc. My 30gb has 12+gb on it but only 4.5 is music. I may still end up with the 16gb touch but if I want to save myself some money I may go with the 8gb and turn off auto uploading of videos, and only when I know i'll need one I can put it on there for that time being. Especially since about 95% of my iPod use is in the car, I almost never use the video feature except on planes and other long trips. Just a thought.

thing is it took me about (how long the ipod video had been out?) years to get to the 8.32 gb of A/V that i have on my 30 gig ipod.

the only reason i was going to upgreade it is because yesterday i realized the enter button needed to be pushed very hard for it to respond. it's not flush like it used to be, it's opbviously seen it's time. it works but with a little effort. it's alomost like it's in the down position already so u have to press it harder.

i figure if it takes me this long to get to 8.32 gigs then a 16 gig should do just fine for another couple years or so. thing is the video i have on the ipod never gets watched. i put them on there in the beginning but i never actually watch them. About 8 bangbros full movies, the gods must be crazy pt. 1 + 2 and maybe 4 music videos. the rest is just music and some honda pod casts. some of the music i never listen to.

i guess it's clear that i don't need much space and the itouch is the best choice ...

I went with the 16gb too, my decision was made easier thanks to the fact that the apple store only had 16gb in stock. I guess the 8s are selling much better since they're cheaper.

According to the best buys here in CT they don't get them 'till the 28th. The apple store here told me they get shipments everyday, I stopped there when they opened this morning and they didn't have any, I went to class and when I got out at 12 I called them and they said they had 2 16gb left in stock and I had them hold on for me.

The key is having no patience, hah.

i'm gonna try the apple store in boca raton and see if they have any. I would def go with the 16 gb and just put music on it since i already have a 60gb video ipod.
