i own a 32 inch Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV. I've owned it for over a year. I don't remember the model number, and I don't own a PS3 or 360. However, I have borrowed my friends 360 and it looked very good on my TV at 1080i. I use it mostly for HD sports and movie channels, and the picture quality is good, although I've noticed that bright reds and oranges are not rendered 100% crisp.

toshiba & hitachi are the only hdtvs i would buy.
I personally have a 50" DLP Toshi stay away from plasma, there are some newer technolgies coming out to surpass the plasma market. From what i understand plasma can't really go forward as far as technology goes, it is what it is. |

If you are going to buy a tv for gaming, you should go to a DLP. They have much better contrast ratios(more vivid pictures), and usually faster refresh rates (anything over 8ms is too slow). I have a 50" Samsung DLP, which is awesome. You shouldn't be worrying about viewing angles unless you don't like sitting in front of your tv when watching it...
Just make sure you get a tv with at least 2 hdmi ports, seeing you have the 360 and ps3. I would recommend Samsung, as a few friends of mine have the 42" of my tv. None of us have ever had any problems in the 1-2 years we've owned them. |
