I built my computer from the ground up! Here is my ultimate piece of shit Budget Computer Setup,
all in all this computer costed me 280$ -Old tower sitting in my attic -KDS p.o.s. monitor 19'' flatscreen -Socket A - Chaintech Mobo with second version of nForce -AMD 2800+ xp overclocked to 2.8 gigs -ATI Raedon x300 pro (I scammed CompUSA. I had a Raedon 9250 that I got for 50$, and I bought a x300 pro for like 249$ at the time, then swapped in the 9250, returned it. )- Like 768mb d.d.r. ram, just random ram sticks i pieced together from older comps -A terrible and very old 40 gig seagate H.D. ( I think the speed is like 4800 rpms??) -Sound Blaster Audiology 2.1 -"Accent" 5.1 Surround Sound speakers (best 30$ speaker set I have ever bought) -Big Typhoon heatsync/fan, and artic silver 5 for cooling. -Extra "PCI" card fitted fan to keep gfx card cool. -Random extra fan inside to keep mobo cool -Terrible old ethernet card Never had system problems, runs anything like a champ! (all of todays high demanding games, adobe CS3 runs easily, just sucks that its not 64 bit.) |
