meh.. it's close but not nearly as good as GPS satellite.. When I tried it at home it picked up a pretty big area which suprises me considering I have a cell tower not 5 blocks behind where I live.

I'm waiting for the geeks to jailbreak 1.1.3 before I do it. My wife has it on her phone & while it's not "oMg i GoTz tO hAvE iT", it's still pretty cool

my brother wants to get an iphone, he is already an att customer, can he just buy one from the apple store and then call att and change his phone plan to an apple plan, or does he have to sign an extension on his contract?

he can buy the phone through apple, then he has to go on iTunes and activate the phone..it will automatically make you switch your plan to an iPhone plan....not sure if it extends your contract or not..can't remember if it did mine

there is no prepaid plan with no contract for iphone. the only way is to use some code...cybergypsy can tell you how to do it

yes there is
You can go to the sign up for plan on itunes on your iphone and under SS, you put down all 0's. then, it will say your score is zero thus you can't have an iphone plan but they will give you a prepaid plan.

so I love the headset that comes with the phone. But like everyone else, it falls out of my ears. I was thinking about buying these.
Have any of you tried them? They're 3.99
They come in a couple of colors, blue, pink, clear, white and black.

My iphone has prepaid plan. No 2 yr contract.

There is a prepaid plan, and no contract, the best way to go because you dont pay all the stupid taxs
