i have not upgraded to the new software merely because the small add ons are not enough to loose my after market gizmo's....btw...how exactly does the Google maps locater thing work..very accurate?

It uses cell phone towers and known hot spots to triangulate your position. The accuracy is based on how many towers and/or hot spots you are near. If you live in a dense area, then its pretty accurate.
