I had lagging with the first gen but it was much better with 2.1. The 3G hasn't given me this problem although it has some other minor quirks.

Never had it switching recepients on me though...

I got a txt yesterday at 4:25, the txt said it was received at 3:25, I asked my girl when she sent it, was at 4:25. I've been having a bunch of problems since 2.1 update, dropping calls like crazy, signal is full, then drops to nothing, then back to full in the same place. This is all on a 1st gen, had no major problems like this in any other update, hopefully 2.2 will come out on tuesday with the "notebook" thing they got going on.

same here...1st phone, has latest update....
Was texting yesterday..nothing wrong with the texts, but then a few minutes later I'd get the text ringtone would go off...no text..just reminding me of the previous text?

mine does that too... but only when i dont read the text message

yeah it was one of the new features of 2.1 update....

Repeat alert up to two additional times for incoming text messages

Oh, ok. Makes sense. I see the text and read it, but without actually sliding the phone on.

its possible

trick is you gotta move it over to the right a little and hit the right of the first pin. shoot it staight and you should get a strike almost everytime

yeah thats what i read, but i never turned it on... or off, i suppose thats where the problem is
