Cheap Video Camera + Camera Mounts

I want to do some video work with my car, and want to be able to mount cameras in several angles, but I need some low cost video camera(s), and a way to mount them.

The camera does not have to be good quality, but it does need to be better than webcam or digital camera quality.

btw, what solutions are there for weather / debrie protection?
