Ringtones.

I currently bought a new krzr gsm phone. Yes, they're unlocked.
But i was just wondering if anyone knows how to get a ringtone for the unlocked phone. I tried download one with cingular but they won't let me.

best bet will be a usb data cable which should be available for those phones i'm thinking.

I have an unlocked phone its a motorola v635 with tmobile and i cant download anything from tmobile. Thats how I would do it, plus if you have a data cable, you can make anything your ringtones as long as your phone's software allows it though it should because it motorola.

if i remember right the software was called mobile phone tools. not sure if motorola phones still use that software. it allows you to load pictures, wallpapers and ringtones to your cell phone.

It also has a ringtone editor which allows you to take mp3s and actually start the file where you want it and end it where you want it so if you like a certain part of the song you can make it that way.

no prob.. your best bet would be ebay to find the cable.

Just get a usb cable, their very easy for find. I use to use the cable for PSP. And I just make my own ringtones. Cheeper and easier. If you can you can get ringtones from other people if they have bluetooth.
