best bet will be a usb data cable which should be available for those phones i'm thinking.
I have an unlocked phone its a motorola v635 with tmobile and i cant download anything from tmobile. Thats how I would do it, plus if you have a data cable, you can make anything your ringtones as long as your phone's software allows it though it should because it motorola. gl and happy phone modding :) |

if i remember right the software was called mobile phone tools. not sure if motorola phones still use that software. it allows you to load pictures, wallpapers and ringtones to your cell phone.
It also has a ringtone editor which allows you to take mp3s and actually start the file where you want it and end it where you want it so if you like a certain part of the song you can make it that way. |
