Zune or 30gb ipod which should I get?

I'm having a real MP3 player fetish right now. I have a ton of songs but I'm tired of burning CD's to listen to my car (and the only hold about 130 songs). I've read up on both them and am just stuck. From what I can tell the zune has some copyright issues and the ipod just sells off the name itself. I mainly just want to use it for listening to music in my car and at work but have the option to put movies on there. Can someone please help me?

I'd say iPod because I love mine. The user interface is tops IMO.

I had 35 videos including the full southpark movie, 300 songs, on my 60gb toshiba gigabeat and only used about 3gigs of memory on it. Just a word of caution, do not get 60 gb unless you have like 20,000 songs that you need on you mp3 player.

The zune is really bulky, and I love my iPod. So I say iPod plus, the Zune need WMP, and the iPod can use iTunes which I think is lovely.

I love my iPod! I would say go with that, plus the iPod gives you many more options to connect it to your car.

I went to zune forums and found this program called cucusoft that converts the files for you. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I need a bigger iPod. I have a 30GB and it's full. 5,000+ songs, a Dane Cook comedy movie, a few music videos, and some podcasts. Gonna have to step up to the 80GB soon.

I had an ipod and switched over to a Zune. They're both good, but I loked the user interface on the zune a lot more, you can set a wallpaper, and album art shows more often then on the ipod, like when searching and stuff.

The ipod is easier to use though because of the click wheel, it's a lot faster to find a song.

If you want to watch videos I'd say zune because the screen is bigger. If you like eye candy I'd say zune because it takes advantage of having a color screen, where the ipod dosen't. If you want an mp3 player that's good for driving and has a ton of accessories get the ipod.
