Whats the longest you were without a computer?

For me it was 7 long days on a cruise, they had comp. to rent but it was not the same....i would die if i had to go any longer.....

I have gone 2 months with out a puter, this was about 2 years ago. I will be going with out home puter for a few days soon as I need to get my new video card installed and more ram. 1.5 gigs isnt enough.

when i first moved out of parent house about two years ago, i went without the internet for six months, i couldn't afford it yet, I almost comitted suicide 23 diffrent times.

I just remembered, when I was living with my parents a few years back, they rented an apartment while waiting for their home to be built. It wasn't a very large apartment and my dad had already set his Mac up. There was nothing on his Mac that I could use because my computer was in storage. I ended up going about 6-7 months without my computer. During that time, the only time I got on the internet was when I went to school, and even then I only went on a few times for research or homework or something. So 6-7 months was the longest I'd been without my computer.

a couple years ago i went about 2 weeks without computer, cellphone or anything like that, just a cd player, it wasnt that bad

I almost started a thread like this last month b/c we're planning a 7 day cruise for the summer and I was wondering how I'd survive with no internet for that long!

I guess I'll be fine though. Since I got my PS3 I don't websurf nearly as often as before.

aw man the longest i've been without a computer was when i was straned on the deserted island for like 4-5 years. my plane crashed and i was the only survivor. i used a soccer ball as a friend. my exploits were eventually made into a movie, i think they called it "cast off" or "away at the island", something along those lines...
