Apple unveils new iPods...

New 80g video iPod. Shuffle's gotten ALOT smaller, and more storage & colors for Nano. I'm liking the 80g, but I wish it was thin like the 30g. Either way, Apple is making some good moves. I believe the only thing that isn't ready to ship is the shuffle.

iTV? How is that not Tivo? Hell, the cable company here has its own box that does the same thing as tivo and they don't charge you a penny more than the monthly digital cable fee. If you want to pay a fortune for a pointless flashy apple cable box and probably pay them a monthly fee on top of your regular cable provider fees - then be my guest. It's your money.

That's what I hate about Apple. They take existing technology, slap an apple on it and an "i" in front of it, sell it for a fortune and market it to idiots with flashy commercials.

Oh, and let's not forgot about the overpriced accesories. Like, the $100 "ihome". The sad thing is, people actually buy that crap. They could have just plugged a pair of computer speakers into the headphone jack, lmao. Well, you can on the creative mp3 player I have - that (BTW) was a lot cheaper than what an iPod would've cost me.

Don’t even get me started on their crap computers.

Apple can go to hell.

You use iTunes to download movies or tv shows. Then you stream those to the set-top box that is plugged into your tv. This allows you to watch movies, which are stored on your computer, on your television wirelessly (well, in a sense).

I don't see how it's anything like Tivo?
