Does anyone have a good "free" ringtone maker.

I used to have software to make ringtones but I forgot the program name. Does anyone have any free [not illegally free] software they can recommend? It's for MP3 format ringtones.

Just use any app that edits mp3 or wave and convert to wave if needed.
Nothing complicated.

audacity is the way to go just make sure you also download the lame mp3 encoder plugin so you can export your ringtones as mp3's and if your phone and computer are both bluetooth you can more than likely send the ringtone via bluetooth

Free MP3 to Ringtone Converter - Create Free MP3 Ringtones from your own MP3's

Myxer - Download Ringtones and More

Both free, 2nd one you just look for the song and send it to your phone 100% free. 1st one you just upload a song from your pc and pick the part you want to be your ringtone....

I usually use audacity to make my own ring tones but there is a web site called
Zedge | Free ringtones, themes, wallpapers, videos and games for your cell phone - Free your phone!
It's just like Myxer. I thought you had to pay on Myxer now?

I'm on T-mobile, and I can use my web browser to download Mp3s I've created. I upload them to my own website, and then type in the URL on my phone. The phone then downloads the mp3 automatically. Any free .wav to mp3 converter will work for those cool .wav files, or you can use several programs to edit mp3s.
