Hey, I have a LG phone and it served me well for over 2 1/2 years now.
I dropped it numerous times and it takes a lickin' and keeps on ticking.
Maybe it was the carriers fault and not LG?

Way outdated and not the best technology. They had lots of issues with that phone which were later corrected but I wouldn't get a razr if they give it to me free. If I had my choice right now I would get the Samsung 950. Nice phone, solid and great features.

The RazR is the "Forest Gump" of cell phones

you press the buttons and after a 20 second delay.. it will work

The first PEBLs aren't much better. They shut on and off like motion sensing lights.

Nice phone, but we here in Americas get screwed on cool phones. I was in Europe and Asia this summer, they have phones we have never herd or seen. With 3 mega pixel cameras with optical zoom and digital zoom, with gigs of memory, mp3 mp4 play I mean has everything, and this is in every other persons hand. We get excited when we get a 1.3 mega pixel cam, thats what mine has, I would love to have 3 megapixels though. And more memory.

Yup, every 2 year old has a cell phone in Europe. They got a Cell Phone Store on every Corner and I am not kidding about that. They are everywhere in Germany when I go there for business. Their system is also way advanced and their little tiny batteries last forever. I have an old Siemens Cell phone I use when I am over there on business and even after 6 months non use that battery is still about half full. One charge lasts me about 2 weeks when I am over there. And that thing is about 6 years old.
Their technology is way ahead of ours.

No, it had nothing to do with usage, it was the quality of the phone itself, e.g., cracking hinge, separation of seams, etc. But, like I said, this was years ago. Sounds like they've improved. I didn't mean to trash on your phone.

Hey, no big deal. I like to trash that thing myself
Looking for a nice phone that has it all and can be used overseas, Mainly in Germany. I hate carrying two phones and the one that I have for Germany is a dynosaur. Anyone out there have any recommendation for a World Phone that would be a good all around phone?

He's not the only one. I have 4. A Red PEBL from Asia, a matte black Motorola V50 tv, multimedia phone from Vodafone Italia, A Samsung something or the other also from Vodafone Italia and my newest toy a Blackberry 7230. I buy a new one ever six months because I bore easily.

Reliable as in problems?

RazR = VERY VERY SLOW, you press MENU and there is a few second delay for example, i attribute that pretty much to PIx & contacts stored in the phone... more you save... slower it goes ....

The V = great phone, little heavy but "droppable" mine is beat up and i actually Throw it on my desk when i'm in my office :) texting is a breeze

Chocolate = awesome phone, very light, sleek, however the buttons take ALOT of getting used to... it doesn't have "buttons" its got heat sensitive keypad so u wipe your fingers on it...no pressing.. and you can adjust the sensitivity

but i would go

Chocolate
V
RazR
