So the more I think about it, the more I like the screen. The only thing I can't really get over is the texting on it.. you get hung up on holding down the screen while pressing the next button too easy. Maybe it's just something you get used to

By the way, the sales rep from Verizon told me that Samsung is releasing a new touch screen PDA through Verizon that is supposedly better than all of them and will actually run on Windows for it's OS. I don't know how true it is but it sounds promising. That would be sweet if I could tune my emanage through my phone. No more lugging the laptop in the car.
umm... aren't 90% of the PDA's touch screen and run windows 0S or palm?

Do they? I'm new to the PDA scene. I'm just relaying what was said to me at the store. Not all of them are full touch screen. The storm is Blackberry's first full touch screen.

oh okay, just personally I think of blackberries as smartphones and the others as PDAs, not that there is a large difference. I think the main point is that a PDA really doesn't do calls - unless as a bluetooth device for your phone.

oh i see, specifically the full windows os... to me its one and the same. And though palm isn't selling so much now not everyone has exactly replaced their old ones with new devices. For example, my gf's TX, and I'm sure there are a ton of TX's, Z22's and E5's (and I guess E2's) out there.

ordered the phone 6am est on friday 11/21. i was told saturday shipping was an option for me and it snowballed into a big problem. already sent in a complaint letter and got a few calls and emails already. was close to closing out my account due to the way they handled this release and the service i got from customer service trying to track down my phone but now that i have it i doubt i will switch.
