Crackberry is done for - Phone Recommendations?

currently looking at the Tilt, since I'm on AT&T. Would prefer not to go with an iPhone, but people are saying good things about 2.0 (still, no mms kinda sucks).

ideas?

I have a tilt and a friend or two with an iPhone - with a good data plan and knowing the cool software to have; a good custom ROM, the Tilt will run rings around an iPhone all day.

Find all that you want and more on the Tilt here: Kaiser - xda-developers
Note, the Tilt is a HTC Kaiser with the front camera removed for AT&T

Cheers

Why not try going with an unlocked phone like a sony W890? Doesn't AT&T renew your contract if you get another phone from them?

They only renew it is you upgrade your phone and pay the upgrade price. If he pays full price for the phone, they won't force an upgrade.

I'd recommend a BlackBerry Curve. I got this phone the other day and the full keyboard and the compact size of the phone makes this a great phone.
