The springs can't be adjusted by turning it. The rears should line up with the stop on the rubber pads that hold the spring to the car. The front springs should line up with the nub on the bottom of the spring seat.

Thanks a lot civicman06!!
I install my pro kit this afternoon, about 3:00 to instal it!!!

All u'r information was good. Just one that was not write. On the front and rear, u have to remove brake line, but also 1 other line, in the front and back. I think it's the ABS system link...

again, thanks a lot!!

Those of you who did this install- How are you getting the top nut off? I have done spring installs before, but that cap on top of the strut assembly prohibits me from removing that nut. The only way i can get to it is with a socket, then i obviously can't use the allen wrench to hold it. Beyond using air tools i don't know how to get it off. Am i missing something really obvious? I have worked on a lot of cars, and I feel really stupid for not figuring this one out.

im lookin to lower my r18 but have some questions. Heres my situation, my parents said I could get after market rims but have to use the stock 16" tires. So I was going to buy new rims and then lower it to make up for the rims lookin too small.Do you think lowering my car will help the rims look larger. My parents won't know about this lowering, do you think that they could tell if I lowered it bout 1.5" or so? Which spring would be the best for my situation? Good idea or bad idea, lowering my car without telling my parents? Will lowering my car effect my insurance? Any help answering these questions is greatly appreciated.

heh, that depends on your situation i guess... but why are you hiding it from them?

If they are pretty knowledable about cars, they will def. notice a 1.5" drop

I have a set of S-techs at home

I read a few pages back about the front springs being mislabeled - is this still the case

is the spring with the L going on the right side still .. and vice versa ?

can anyone who has recently ordered and installed s-techs confirm this

thanks
