Do you really want to have an advertisement on the bottom of your car? I think it looks cleaner without it and I doubt that Progress advertisement does anything to improve performance. Just my opinion.

Chop off the Progress part and you have those 2 metal back plates.

I think it's perty!! LOL, it might increase drag too, so now I don't want it.

is there a DYI for this somewhere? I've tried searching, but all i found were pictures. Or is this a straight forward install? (sorry, i'm mechanically challenged).

I just installed this yesterday. No fitment issues and a real quick install. I think it took longer to jack the car! Then I took my wife out for some clover leafs and quick corners. dramatic improvement over stock.

did you torque the bolts to 32 ft/lbs... like the instructions say, or did you just tighten it and go?

I don't have a torque wrench either. I tightened it to what I felt was the stock feel. I'm going to jack it up tomorrow during my lunch break to feel for any loosening.

Did you guys put the washers on the bolt head side or the nut side?

The instructions provided are pretty bad and it looks from the pics that they're put on nut side.

I'm not sure about the Si, but when I went from the stock 14mm rear sway bar on my '98 GSR to the JDM Type R 23mm rear sway bar I had to purchase what they call a reinforcement kit, which is designed to reinforce the mounting area (your subframe) and prevent tare outs.

Meaning a larger rear sway bar could possibly tare out of the sub frame or mounting locations if put under a lot of force because with the exception of the ITR (Integra Type R) all other Integras didn't have a reinforced subframe.

I am not sure if the Si has a beefier subframe than the EX and lower models or not but those extra pieces you have circled in your other post look to be reinforcement plates and if they fit on your Si, then I imagine they could only help.

The Si has a stiffer chassis than the DX/LX/EX models, but I agree, the plates can only help.
