Neuspeed Race Spring Done (06 civic si)
well, as the post says i am done with neuspeed install which was the easiest drop i have ever done :) the ride is great just alittle more bumpy then stock but it looks sooo perfect. i got pic if you wanna see. they are at
www.putfile.com/sephiroth15_2000 i think i am the frist on this website to get the neuspeed race spring and install them on a si i seen them on a sedan tho. i dunno well, anyway enjoy the pics :) |

question for the poster:
What struts are you using with the 2" drop? Stock ones for now? (If so that's probably why you're bouncing a lot - be careful!) Did you get an alignment, and if so, what's your camber now at? the car looks purty, I like that color. i would like to see closer pics, i.e. wheel well and a perpendicular side shot, instead of the angles. |

yes, unfortunately, the hot looking drops run more than the cost of the springs. konis aren't cheap. camber kits are, but unless you live in an area with shops that do this sort of thing, finding a shop to install the kit can also be trouble.
don't skimp on the camber kit if you put one in. I've heard horror stories about bolts snapping in transit leaving quite an ugly mess. Until you install a kit, rotate your tires every 1000 miles to save them. |

i am using stock stock neuspeed told me they won't wear out very fast since the new si has WAY better set up them the 02-05 si but they did tell me to cut my bump stops inhalf so it would be easlier on my shit i get my call aligned this coming weekend but i really don't think i need it it isn't pulling any driection but i might as well get it anyway.i will take more pics when i get some time

hmm, the drop looks a lil similar to the sportlines the rears are still having a tad bit more of a gap than the fronts. but im sure itll even out much better when they are settled in. congrats on the upgrade, i wanted to go with neuspeed but i thought they were recalling them, guess they fixed the problem.
