Is it lowered...

I bought my car used and it had the HFP body kit installed as well as the interior courtesy lighting (not a fan, may be removing, anyone interested in buying?), and I was wondering if there is a way to tell if it has the HFP suspension. I went to the honda dealership and it sits lower than a new civic, but i'm not sure if its just cause the suspension has settled over the 50k kms that are on it. It also rights slightly rougher than my buddies car that definately doesnt have the HFP suspension. Here is a picture, any help would be appreciated.

looks lower than normal thats for sure
