Skunk2 Spring question
I know there is probley a answer to this someplace but as much as I looked around I didnt see it.
I was looking into putting Skunk2 lowering springs on my stock shocks, is this something you dont suggest doing? I dont want a crappy ride. |

I have been thinking about this as well, and I have asked people at local meets and out of the 4 people who had the skunk2 springs none changed the shocks and only 1 had a camber kit.
Sooner or later there going to blow that’s inevitable, but one guy (ryry) has put like 30K on them with the skunk2 springs and hasn’t run into a problem yet...not saying you won't just giving an example I'd say if you’re going to buy new shocks with the springs you might as well save up a little more and get high quality coilovers....But one thing is for sure the drop looks good!! ps I was also looking at the sportlines becasue people said the skunk2's squeek....just something to think about Last edited by aLiLbit-Si-LLy; 05-11-2008 at 05:15 PM. |
