Honda civic Ex coupe Springs

I wanted to know if springs from si model will also fit an ex model, and if it will make it sit lower on si springs....??

I think the ride height is the same, but I don't think that you can use Si springs on an EX....you can get the HFP suspension, which would make it sit lower...but I'm not sure if the Si comes stock with it
