sportlines are stiff and are a pretty extreme drop. sold mine cuz i was tired of riding around like a bobblehead. couldn't tell you about the pro kit other than the fact that it's a much less aggressive drop than the sportlines.

it all depends on what kind of drop you want, and if you're willing to deal with the problems lowering a car causes (rubbing, speed bumps/dips, ride quality)

I don't find my Sportlines stiff at all. But they are pretty low so you have to be pretty aware while driving around.

we have terrible streets/roads here in NY and you really take a beating when lowered on springs alone. i will be going Tein SS kit in the near future. they ride like a dream even if slammed.

i have neuspeed sports and installing on sat. in the pics of lowered sedans thread, their are a couple neuspeed 2' race ones. i got the sport 1.5 springs. my friend here had the progress springs which were suppose to be 1.3 1.4 and after settle hit the big 2.0 at least.

The spring rate between the pro kit and sportlines are nearly identical. The only difference is that the pro kit has a lesser drop.

heres mine with the sportlines... hope this help...

my sportlines are 1.4 front and 1.4 back...
the prokits are 1.2 front and 1.0 back

they are both identical as far as stiff... u just have more shock travel on the prokit...
the ride is not bouncy at all... the only issues is big dips and holes on the road at high speed, other than that I loved them, especially the drop!!!!

The roads here in Calgary aren't any better, I can assure you of that. Every manhole is a pit. Driving to and from work is practically a slalom course.

yea if you feel you are a bobblehead with one you will be with the other as well. And if you go through and cut the bump stops like the sportline instructions go you will have a much better ride (if you didn't before) when hitting big dips and things in the road if your suspension compresses and you hit the bump stop you will get a very undesirable outcome so do what the Manf. suggest and cut them. my thought was if i only wanted 1 inch of drop (prokit) then i would have just for the HFP suspension but i didn't think it was low enough for my taste. Again just a DD that i put around in (no auto X or drag for this car)

^wow i never cut mines... since I didnt get instructions with mines... but then again am riding on HFP shocks which are lower than OEM... do u have the prokit or sportlines???

ohh and as far as HFP kit it only lowers the front 0.8 and the back 1.0... so trust me its not very noticeble in the front only a bit in the back....

sport lines they give you the instructions for the cutting of the bump stops PLUS they give you a new stress collar or whatever the hell it's called for the rear shocks so you can properly do this. If you take a look at a stock shock the bump stop IS HUGE. Makes you wonder why the shock has that much stroke in it at all. Also because i'm sick of hearing ppl say not to cut them because you will bottom the shock i i completely compressed the shock after cutting the bumpstop and it stilll had more travel left in it......

yea it's 40 mm's front and back i can try to run to my house during lunch and scan and upload the directions or email them to you if youd like! for the rears tho you will need the new collars tho because you drill the old ones off (not hard don't be scared lol) i'm sure you can get them direct from eibach CHEAP
