Interesting... curious to see the results and hear about your "before and after" driving impressions.

Update:
I'm still planning to install everything Saturday morning. I will be taking some pics during the install and hopefully I'll get the before and after pics.

I'm not going to do a performance evaluation until Monday because I getting the wheels aligned after I get off work. I don't want to drive it too much until I get that done. Then, I'm going to turn her loose!

Good luck in getting your car aligned. Currently we dont have the spec's for the 06 Si in our alignment machine. But according to the instructions, you dont have to get it aligned b/c the camber angles dont change. I have the HFP kit on my car already and we did all the installation in 2 hours. Its very easy to do. The lift will help you out with the fronts but the rears will keep you on the ground since you cant do the whole rear swap with the car up in the air, just the weight of the car on the lift.

Performance wise the HFP kit is great. Yeah the bumps are more noticeable on the car but man can the car hold a corner even better than before. I have the whole HFP package with the HFP 18s and its barely lower than stock, and I mean barely. If you are going for lowering, dont get this kit, but if you want something that will help you outrun the cops on the backroads, this is it for you!

And I wanna find a new rear sway bar one of these days....

it took exactly 11mins for the shop to install my progress rear bar...looked like a piece of cake!
haven't put it through torture yet but did a few hard turns...feels a lil better than before...need more testing.
fit is perfect...i have evo 2 and there is no risk of rubbing on the exhaust, there is enough space to put another exhaust in there and not hit the bar.

Although I have an EX, I got a four-wheel alignment today from my dealer under warranty. It was pulling right really bad.

Anyway, caster, toe and camber was all adjusted. Much more alignment variability than I've seen other my previous cars: tuned VW Golf 3, Nissan 350z 7th & gen-Civic.

I think that suspension on the EX and Si are the same, no?

I wish I would have shopped a little more. Mine was $600 + $30 shipping.

The suspension upgrades are done!

The drop is perfect! The ride is a little firmer on bumpy roads but not bad at all. I haven't had a chance to sling any corners yet, but it seems extremely responsive when weaving back and forth. Alignment doesn't seem to be a problem. If anything, the car feels like it goes straighter now. Based on my initial impressions, I'm very satisfied!

I took some pics during the install. We're getting ready to wash her and take some more pics. Look for them on here later tonight.

I took some curves today. One set of curves had a "recommended" speed of 15 mph. I took them at 40 with zero drama.

On another set, the sign said 30 mph, but I took them at 60 and probably could have gotten at least another 5-10 mph out of it before the tires started to scream. I had taken them at 60 before but it seemed to have less body roll after the suspension install.

The ride may be a tad firmer, but there is very little difference from stock. It still rides great.

I'm very happy with my purchase and ready to go drive the Dragon again. Now, what to spend money on next. How bout wheels!

The instructions say to torque the bolts while the suspension is under load. We lowered the car onto jackstands for this step:

Other thoughts:
Using the proper socket wrench for the top of the front struts can make things much easier.
The bolts at the front of the trailing arms were a ***** to break loose.

Other than that, just follow the instruction and you should be fine. It took us about 3 hrs to complete the job, but we were rookies.

I would like to say thanks to my nephew for diving under the car and doing the hard work. While under there, he said, "I'm having fun!" I didn't mind letting him stay there. Now, I owe him a trip to Hooters.

Looks good bud. Now the question is do you recommend it? lol

I'm still debating on what suspension to go with. Nice
