How to lower 06 Sedan?
I want to lower my 06 Sedan about an inch. What do I need to do? I see that some have done lowering springs and some have done the HFP kit. If I go with springs is that all I need? Or do I need new shocks and stuff. Want to do it as economical as possible. Also if I lower one inch what size wheels and tires should I get 17 or 18?
Please help |

im probably going to do the HFP, but still waiting for TEIN to release a
sedan specific S-Tech. if your spring rates are similar to stock (which i don't have lbs/in yet) you won't *need* dampers, but recommended as the stroke is going to be that much shorter. for sedan, im thinking abour running 17x7's with probably 215/45/17's with +42 to +45mm offset. if i run a/s tires, i might do 225/45/17's as the shoulders are narrower than high perf tires. (i run S03 and GS-D3's on my weekend cars) |

bumb. maybe somebody can help you, yellowjersey. Sounds like you need to do a lot of research, unless the above comments make sense to you. :) I believe you are looking for a "Guide to lowering" or something. I would start by reading all the articles found with this search.
