SPC Rear Camber Adjusters

Does anyone know what this is all about, if it works, etc.

eBay Motors: SPC REAR CAMBER KIT HONDA CIVIC SI LX EX 06 07 08 (item 160227624103 end time Apr-14-08 09:18:15 PDT)

I just saw it and it only includes a bracket and cam bolt. I didn't know if it worked or not. It supposedly offers +/- 1.25 degrees adjustability. This is enough for most street drivers. I wanted to see if anyone had experience with this.

Any input would be appreciated.
