R-1 concepts rotors faster break in period

okay so, i got these rotors and honda pads, all brand new, i did the front, ran outta time to do the rear in class. but for some reason i cant stop. someone told me, drive with my foot on the brake and on the gas at high speeds. i also heard thats a possible blown motor. any ideas as to how i can break these pads and rotors in faster than the norm, cause around here, its a good time to go to the track. the weather is soooooo nice

IF you wanna just do the rear, why don't you just use the hand brake to do some braking. But don't do it everytime.
