Lowering Springs??

I'm debating between coilovers and lowering springs. I think my car handles just fine right now; I just want less room in the well wheels and a "flush" look.

Should I just get lowering springs? If so, will I have to buy/adjust anything else "dampeners, camber, etc?"

This stuff is so confusing lol
