Suspension help

Not long ago I put a pro-kit on my wifes FA5. I like the look but since it's our "family car" the ride quality sucks. I'm thinking of going to the HFP kit but I don't know how much of the drop I'll loose. I really like the current look.

Has any body switched from lowering springs to a HFP kit???
