EX STRUTS AND SPRINGS AND DAMPENERS on LX???

Is it possible to install the EX springs and struts on a LX? I have an LX and would also like to know what’s the different from the Ex and LX suspension? Is there a benefit to do this swap? I saw this on ebay and if there a benefit, I might consider doing it.

Yea, you wouldnt see any benefits by doing the swap...you would with Si stuff though. I would research into that a little more. It would be more worth your time. And hey, while youre at it, you could probably drop in the rear disc setup too.

The 2DR EX and LX use the exact same damper and spring.

The 2DR DX uses the Si damper with the EX/LX spring

The Si has uses the damper common to DX with an exclusive higher rate spring.

If you want to swap something get DX struts, if you put Si struts on an LX you will raise your ride height +10mm.

Whoa, that's some interesting info on the DX sharing the same damper as the Si. Where did you get this info from?

Parts catalogue, the replacement damper unit for 2DR DX models is 51605/51606-SVB..., the rear is 52610-SVB... SVB is the model code for Si, SVA is the base 2DR.
