Megan Racing Coilovers??

Haven't heard a lot about these....can anyone provide experience with these? Likes/dislikes? It would save a ton of money over the Tein Superstreet coilvoers. I considered the HFP suspension but it's just not quite low enough for me. I'd like to be around 1.3 inches lower.

Poor damping rates make for bad handling and a worse ride. Wait until OTS Koni Sports come out an pair those with GC springs.

Wow, it sounds like the Tein is not that impressive for our cars??? If the Megan coilovers suck and so do the teins, our options are nothing or the HFP right now???

When does Koni release their suspension package?

March.

Buddy club makes good coilovers. Their spring rates are bit high for those of softer behinds though.

I've had the Megan coilovers on 19s for about a year now, they do pretty good in the front, no real issues there. I don't know if anybody has the revised rear spring set up on their cars, but I had the original set up and the rear springs were terrible, bottoming out all the time regardless of lowering. Contacted Megan Racing about the issue, they promised me the new springs when available. After 3 tries I gave up on them, so instead I put my Eibach Sportline springs back on in the rear and paired them with the Megan Racing rear adjustable shocks and the overall set up turned out pretty good. By the way for those wondering Eibach Sportlines with 19" wheels look awesome.

So you added progressive rate springs to the rear of the car, and left the linear springs up front

I know but believe me, much better ride than the rear mistake from Megan Racing.

Well Any prgressive rate spring will probably be a better ride, especially with those 19's, and no sidewall to them..
