Sweeeet. So the insert can be done at home. We will use our stock strut casing, obviously. Will it need to be welded in? I'm sorry that I'm asking so many questions bro. I'm just super excited to hear this stuff. And I'll need to let my uncle know so I can borrow his welder for a weekend. Hehe.

so with no welding, this official koni kit will literally be a direct bolt on (meaning the kit will have everything i need to slap on....along with inserts...) that i can put on my car.

the main reason i ask is cuz i want to be able to put the stock suspension back in when i sell my sell, without having to worry about modifying the stock shock like the redshift ones?

^ With all this excitement, I think KONIMAN needs his own thread since we've all been waiting on this from Koni!

No theirs also will be an insert so you have to "hack" your stock shocks...

This is pretty much what you will have to do...For their inserts.
K-Series.com - The Honda and Acura K Motor Magazine

One reason we are offering the swappable cores is cause people don't want to do this stuff...

A set of front stock shocks are like 60$ around the forums! You shouldn't let something so small ruin your dreams.

fyi to everyone, we should have our konis and coilover kits ready in about 2 weeks. And from my conversation with koni just now, they have only done prototypes. koni holland has not even begun production on them yet; so they are still awhile off.

^^ Sweet deal. Any more info on the $1200 package? Its only height adjustable correct? The dampers are not? And i'm guessing it still requires the same modification as the other setups? Thanks in advance

If you are really interested in this product, then read this thread in its entirety. Your question has been asked (and answered) many times. Do a bit of legwork.
