Screwed up SKunk2 Rear Camber w/ pics

Hey i just recently recieved skunk 2 rear camber arm kit in gold but one of the arms does not have the hole w/ threads that the adjustable endlink screws into.
In other words its completely solid and worthless. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Finally got some pics for those who couldnt visualize.. I put in a ticket add skunk2 helpdesk online and im going to call tomorrow

I bought from member on here, ill ask where he bought from. But its pretty clear thats a manufacturing defect cause i am 99% sure they are legit Skunk2 arms due to box, part #, and the items themselves. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? Do you think if i send just the screwed up arm to skunk2 they will fix?

Oh will try and get pictures later today so people can see exactly what i mean

Hi guys, my name is Brian Nichols, I manage the Customer Service department for Skunk2 Racing.

I have already made arrangements with this customer to have UPS pick up those camber arms and return them to Skunk2 free of charge.

As soon as they arrive he will be sent brand new replacement arms.

All Skunk2 products that are purchased through an authorized dealer come with a 12 month warranty, as well as full tech support and customer service.

Working on getting this resolved.. its rather complicated as i bought the kit from Jzilla who said he bought it from forcemotorsport.com So i am in contact with him and working on getting the receipt and other information sent to Brian Nichols from SKunk2 for the free replacement. Thanks for input.

Skunk2 also has the warranty so nothing to worry about. Machines are not perfect or humans.
