Question Lowering spring winding question

Are there any lowering springs that actually are opposite wound (not sure if this is the proper term) in the front like our stock springs?

When you read the Honda press release on the 8th gen Civic, they talk about the front springs being wound opposite from each other, and this helping torque steer when accelerating.

Does this really matter? To me it kind of makes sense, but I'm no expert.

Also, with the spring perches, it seems like they won't fit right if they aren't opposite wound?

Thanks,
Brian
