Is anyone rolling on 18's with 40R tires and Skunk2 springs? I'm wondering because that's what I have (springs sitting here--x-mas present)...The one pic here of someone on 18's looks like they're running 35R tires...Thanks all!

Exactly what I'm doing. Mine will not go on until I have my Koni yellows and camber kit...No point in tearing the car apart 2x

The word around the campfire is "soon"...which means: no one really knows...

truth be told what eats up tires is your toe, so if you actually just get an alignment after you install your springs it wont be eating up the tires that much, camber arms or more or less something you get if you track your car, but if its your daily driver an alignment is more then enough.......my friend has a 07 ex and he has skunk2's and hasn't gotten a camber kit and has around 5,000 miles on the tires and are wearing normally........so ppl shouldn't jump to the idea of getting a camber kit.....

I disagree man...ON my last ride (Acura CL) I was dropped 1.5 inches on Neuspeeds w/no camber kit and it tore up my rear tires...

Who did your alignment? As long as you set your rear toe as close to zero in or out your tires will not get chewed up. I've been running -2.5 rear camber on my FA5 for almost 2 months now and I have no signs of accelerated tire wear. I agree with Trupalatano. I've also been doing alignments for almost ten years and whenever I've set rear toe at zero on my lowered vehicles I've never once had a problem. But don't forget to rotate your tires regularly. You will get way more life out of them.

The place that installed the springs/shocks...The camber was BAD...I mean it was blatantly obviously off! IDK man...Not trying to argue, just my experience.
