Don't bother with chassis bracing until you've exhausted everything else:

I have the carbing strut bar, and honestly wasted my money. Slightly noticeable steering response, but nothing much. The Si's have such a stiff chasis that you really dont need to reinforce it unless like other people have said you are going for fractions of a second taken off your time attack. I have a progress rear sway and spc f/r camber kit and it handles like a dream.

Just go look under the car. The thing that hands the lowest will get hit. I think its the front tow hooks.
